Group Strength Class 

Welcome to our Strength-Based HIIT Circuit Class! Join a supportive group of up to 20 women as we tackle full-body workouts that are designed to challenge and inspire you. Each week, you'll experience something different to accommodate all abilities, ensuring that everyone can push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. You'll also have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals and empower yourself in a fun, safe and motivating environment.

1-1 or Small Group PT

Transform your fitness journey with personalised PT sessions tailored just for you! Whether you prefer 1:1 training or enjoy working out with a friend (and split the cost!). Sessions are held in the Beyondfit gym or (depending on distance) sessions can be delivered at your home or local park. Each session is designed to meet your specific goals, providing expert guidance to help you achieve significant improvements in body composition and overall fitness. Let's get started on your path to success!

Beyondbaby Class

Join our new BeyondFit class designed especially for mums! This supportive community is all about connecting with others in similar situations while focusing on regaining strength and fitness. Bring your babies (up to 18 months) along and enjoy a workout whilst the little ones play. Each session wraps up with a chance to chat and share the load of motherhood with mums in your area. This isn’t just a workout — it’s time for you, in a space where you and your baby are equally welcome.
